Polspotten
Somewhere along the way, we all agreed to play a game called Adulthood, though none of us wrote the rules — they were just handed to us, like a chore chart nailed to the fridge by someone who left town years ago. We follow them anyway, and in the process, forget we used to be good at play. Not "wellness" play — actual, get-on-the-floor-with-nothing-to-show-for-it play, the kind that apparently builds imagination and creativity, though as a kid we just thought of it as the good part of the day.
That's what we're after: *Adding Play to Space*. Playfulness is the whole point — of what we make, and of getting through a Tuesday. We just try to do it without leaving too large a footprint behind us.
